May single-family home sales and price were up in Stow. There were 7 closed sales during the month of May 2010 compared with only 3 during May 2009 Median and average sale prices were up - the median was $440,000; the average was $463,057 compared with $336,500 and $455,833 during May 2009.
Year-to-date sales in Stow are also up over last year.
